I completed the 30-day soup package recently. I found the soup essential for restoring my health and energy during my postpartum journey. My lips are not pale at all! Some of the soups are also suitable for other family members and are very nourishing for the body. You can mix and match different types of meat, don't need to be the meat suggest for each package if that works better.
Easy to prepare and use, I loved that they were all in packets for each day so I could just grab the next one needed. Good quality herbs and helpful customer service from the team 👍

I’m very impressed with the confinement soups! They were beautifully packaged, easy to prep (simple instructions), affordable and very tasty. Even my mother and mother in law who prepared some of the soups each week agreed. This was more convenient than trying to find confinement soups from a TCM store/clinic. I would absolutely order this package again if I have more kids in the future.
