The Golden Month packs made it SO easy to make nourishing soups during the busy newborn period. The soups were tasty and I would recommend this to everyone. It's not cheap, but very worth it for the quality and convenience.
The 30-day confinement soup was really good and helped me recover quickly after giving birth to my son. It was very easy to prepare, and the soup tasted delicious. I absolutely loved it and am so glad I ordered it for my confinement period. No regrets at all!
I have used the Taste for Life confinement soups with my previous babies and thought I'd give Golden Month a try this time as it was heaps cheaper. We've been very impressed with the quality of the ingredients (especially my mum who is from HK and grew up with Chinese medicine). The quantity made each day is impressive too as the rest of my family enjoy drinking the soups as well. I love the teas too which also makes a big batch that I drink throughout the day. The herbal baths have been easy for having a relaxing and healing bath. Very impressed with this combo package and would highly recommend to others.

My daughter, Rachel enjoyed the soups very much. We love the cusine fragrance. The package is really very convenient & well formulated especially with individual packed. I had mentioned to a few friends and they are very impressed I found these products.

All 3 varieties of the lactation tea taste absolutely delicious! So easy for my husband to prepare for me every morning and store in a flask for me to drink slowly throughout the day. I looked forward to it everyday, and was so sad when I finished the package. It definitely helped with my breast milk production and keeping me hydrated.

This is hands down the best DIY confinement package. I am confident to recommend it to friends & family. The package came in a timely fashion with clear instructions. It became one of my rituals during the early postpartum period. The soups were easy to prepare - I just put the herbs & recommended meat in the pressure cooker and lunch & dinner were sorted for the day. Thank you again for helping me out Fiona!. The soups without a doubt prevented me from coming down with a cold fastwhile looking after my newborn and also cleared up my other heavy cold before i had my baby! I started feeling better and felt some difference after the first soup i tried.
Tbh the flavors i was not use to at all and didnt love but treated them like medicine. I found adding in some brown rice and sme extra seasoning helped.
I thought everyone should try soups like thsse particularly even just to help build immunity for the winter. I just loved how easy it was to just add water and meat to the soup pack too!

It’s quite the investment but your health is your wealth and I do believe these teas have played an important part in my recovery in these early postpartem days, I’m only up to day 12 but knowing that I’m nourishing my kidneys today makes me feel good that I’m looking after myself because my baby is relying on me. There is hair tonics and blood nourishing soups which I love because I did lose a fair bit of blood and then the lactation tea was an added bonus I believe I can’t say for sure but my supply has been amazing and everyone is shocked by how much I can pump and it could very well be because of this tea. Thanks again for offering such a beautiful product in a western medicine world.
I absolutely loved the 30-day confinement soup, tea, and herbal bath package from Golden Month! Every day was so easy to prepare, and I really appreciated that each soup came with recommended meats and a clear explanation of the purpose and benefits of the herbs. The soups and teas tasted surprisingly good too! not bitter or overpowering at all. which made it something I genuinely looked forward to each day. More importantly, I truly felt like the herbs were helping my body recover and heal throughout my postpartum journey. The herbal baths were also a wonderful addition and made me feel refreshed and cared for during confinement.
